Article introduction: Article 69 of the newly revised "Rural Land Contract Law" stipulates that the principles and procedures for confirming the membership of rural collective economic organizations shall be stipulated by laws and regulations. Who are the “landless farmers” who are members of this collective economic organization?
1. Based on household registration.
In principle, as long as you move your household registration, you will not be "qualified for resettlement." However, military personnel enlisting in the army and students studying abroad are exempted according to relevant policies.

2. The expropriated person should have a close production and living relationship with the expropriated land.
Whether the person is determined to have the "right to qualify for land expropriation and resettlement" is related to whether the person has a fixed production and living relationship with the expropriated land and whether he relies on the land for survival.

3. The expropriated person should still perform other obligations as a member of the collective economic organization.
(1) If a married woman enjoys the rural medical insurance rights of the "land-expropriated village" for a long time and has the qualifications to vote in the village, she does not have any rights to marry into the village. The married woman has membership status of this collective economic organization.
(2) Nowadays, many villagers go out to work as their main source of livelihood. Whether they use land as a basic livelihood guarantee can no longer be used as a criterion for determining whether they have membership in rural collective economic organizations.

Yingting demolition team reminds you:
Compensation based on land area is the basis, and resettlement compensation based on head is supplementary. The latter will involve issues such as household registration and confirmation of membership of collective economic organizations. Land acquisition and demolition policies and resettlement compensation standards are different in various places, and land acquisition projects are different, so they cannot be generalized. If you have not negotiated compensation terms with the government, you can consult a lawyer specializing in land acquisition and demolition, or ask a lawyer to intervene and negotiate with the government using professional legal knowledge to strive for fair and satisfactory compensation.
