This series of cases is a typical escaping case, involving party members and cadres at the county, town and village levels. They are Huang Liangcai, the former chief of the Land Management Section of the Zizhong County Economic Development Zone Management Committee; Song Xiongwen, the former chairman of the People's Congress of Shuinan Town, Ma Xiyong, the former deputy mayor, Huan Xiu, the former organization member, Luo Mei, the former studio director, and the former director of the Social Affairs Office Ren Guo Wenjun, former staff member of the Economic and Development Office Li Gui, former staff member of the Construction Management Office Qiao Guiying, former staff member of the Family Planning Office Wang Li, former staff member of the Family Planning Office Yin Pengchun, former staff member of the Land and Resources Office Huang Dequan; former party branch secretary of Yantai Community in Shuinan Town Liu Taiming, former director of Changheyan Village Lai Defu, and former deputy director of the village Wei Guozhao. The perpetrators used methods such as falsely increasing the area of the house, forging house demolition compensation files, and "listing foreigners to live in the house" to defraud, privately share, and covet the country.Demolition and resettlementcompensation funds, illegally obtained resettlement and returned houses, and engaged in large-scale bribery, with the amount involved in the case amounting to more than 22 million yuan.
Among the above 14 people, 11 are party members, 8 of them have been expelled from the party, and the other 3 are under party disciplinary action. Now, 14 people involved in the case have been handed over to judicial authorities for further processing. (Municipal Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau)
