4. Party B shall bear full responsibility for self-mutilation, suicide, and accidents that occur due to Party B's own reasons.

5. Party A has confirmed the safety of the building facilities and requires Party B to be responsible for the safety of the use of the building and equipment. Party A has nothing to do with any safety accidents.
