What are the contracting methods?

1. General contracting: A project in a construction project, or an important stage of it, is contracted to a company, and a company carries out the construction and construction of the project. This is called general contracting. Under normal circumstances, the construction company will communicate directly with the general contractor.

2. Sub-contracting: Sub-contracting is an undertaking of the general contracting company. It directly faces the general contracting company, not the construction company.
