The retrial applicants Song Moumou, Song Moumou, Tan Moumou, and Yin Moumou were dissatisfied with the civil judgment (2013) Tongmin Zhongzi No. 770 of Jilin Province Tonghua City Intermediate People's Court due to a land contract dispute with the Jinchang Village Village Committee, Jinchang Town, Dongchang District, Tonghua City, and the first-instance defendant Song Hongfen, and applied to this court for retrial.
