The plaintiff, Ms. Shi, sued the defendants, Qidong Municipal People's Government and Qidong Jinhai Town People's Government, requesting confirmation that the defendant's administrative act of forcibly demolishing the plaintiff's pig farm and damaging attachments and other facilities and other property was illegal. Brief introduction to the case:

The plaintiff, Ms. Shi, built a pig farm in her dock area in January 2017, obtained legal operation and put it into use in accordance with the law. On February 6, 2018, the Municipal Construction Control Office and Office 263 of Qidong City directed many other departments and summoned more than 100 people including the urban management special service fire department to use excavators and other machinery to forcibly demolish part of the plaintiff’s pig farm. At that time, Mayor Zhang of the Jinhai Town Government, Mayor Su, and relevant leaders such as the Municipal Violation Control Office and the Environmental Protection Bureau were on site. Later, they demolished the plaintiff’s pig farm in the same way three times in the same manner, causing the plaintiff huge economic losses. The plaintiff, Ms. Shi, believed that the defendant’s administrative act of forcibly demolishing its farm and ancillary facilities was illegal without statutory authority and without complying with legal procedures.

The plaintiff, Ms. Shi, entered into a client relationship with Beijing Yuting Law Firm and actively defended her rights. After an investigation by a lawyer and obtaining conclusive evidence, an administrative lawsuit was filed against the forced demolition in accordance with the law. The case will now be heard in the People's Court of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province.
