Action against execution by a party outside the case (2023) Beijing 02 Min Zhong No. 16849

The client represented by Attorney Dong entered the stage of enforcing the other party's property (mortgage) after winning a private loan case (another case). However, the other party's property has been occupied by his ex-girlfriend and he filed an objection to the execution by a person outside the case. The case went through two trials, and the obstacles to the execution of the objector were legally eliminated, and the legitimate rights and interests of the client were protected in accordance with the law.

Network Service Contract Disputes (2022) Beijing 0107 Minchu No. 2964

The client represented by Lawyer Dong sought reimbursement from his partner, and the court ruled that the other party should return the money and bear the legal fees.

Private Lending Disputes (2018) Beijing 02 Republic of China No. 195

The client represented by Lawyer Dong had a loan with the other party, but only had a transfer voucher. After hard work, he not only successfully obtained the support of the court, but also ruled that the other party should return the principal of the money and pay overdue interest. The subject matter of this case exceeded 100 million yuan, and it was successfully won in two trials by the Beijing Intermediate Court and the High Court.
