Article introduction: The compensation for land acquisition in Qufu is 50,000 yuan per mu, and the compensation for social security resettlement is 15,000 yuan per mu. Can the compensation be increased?

Land acquisition location:The land to be expropriated is located to the south and east of the Dongguanzhuang collective land in Nishan Town, and to the north of the Qufu Nishan Cultural Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Dongguanzhuang collective land.

Area:The total area of acquired land is 49,056 square meters, including: 17,274 square meters of agricultural land (17,274 square meters of forest land); 31,782 square meters of unused land (22,587 square meters of other grassland, and 9,195 square meters of bare land).

Purpose:To provide land for urban construction

Land compensation:(1) Compensation and resettlement fee standards for land acquisition: shall be implemented in accordance with the land price standards for comprehensive land acquisition areas published by the Shandong Provincial People's Government Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286. The land to be acquired is located in the third-level area, and the compensation standard for agricultural land is 50,000 yuan/mu, and the compensation standard for unused land is 40,000 yuan/mu. According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Acquisition Survey List", the total land acquisition compensation and resettlement fee is 3.20247 million yuan.

(2) Compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops: The compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops involved in this land acquisition shall be negotiated and implemented with reference to the standards published by the Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Planning and the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance "Reply on the Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments and Young Crops for Land Requisition in Jining City" (Lu Tutu Zi [2017] No. 394). The Yingting Demolition Team learned that before the land acquisition survey, the Nishan Town People's Government of Qufu City and the Dongguanzhuang Village Committee had organized local villagers to clean up the attachments on the ground themselves in accordance with the above standards. There were no attachments on the ground during the survey. No additional compensation will be provided for the attachments and young crops on the ground during this expropriation.

(3) The plots involving illegal land use in this land acquisition have been dealt with in accordance with the law. The attachments and young crops on the ground before the construction of the illegally occupied land have been compensated by the construction unit according to the types and quantities confirmed by inventory, and no further compensation will be provided. The above-ground buildings and structures constructed illegally have been confiscated and no further compensation will be provided.

Resettlement plan:In accordance with the "Shandong Province Land Acquisition Management Measures", after consultation with the Dongguanzhuang Village Committee of Nishan Town, the agricultural population involved in the proposed land acquisition will be resettled in the following ways.

(1) Monetary resettlement: The total land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee is RMB 3.20247 million, which will be allocated by the Qufu Municipal Finance Bureau to the Dongguanzhuang Village Committee account, and the village collective economic organization will study and implement the specific distribution plan in accordance with the villagers' agenda.

(2) Social security resettlement: The Qufu Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of RMB 1,103,760 for this land acquisition based on the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu. The Qufu Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one lump sum before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. After the land expropriation is approved, the Qufu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the Nishan Town People's Government and the Dongguanzhuang Village Committee, will implement the social security work for the land-expropriated farmers.

Within days, submit a written application for coordination to the Qufu Municipal People's Government; if coordination fails, you can apply to the provincial government for a ruling within 15 days from the date of receipt of the coordination notification; you can also apply to the Qufu Municipal People's Government for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of the announcement of this plan.
