Land acquisition area: The total area of land acquisition is 1.0270 hectares, involving 0.0073 hectares of agricultural land, including 0.0061 hectares of cultivated land and 0.0012 hectares of garden land; 1.0197 hectares of construction land is involved, including 1.0197 hectares of industrial land.

Compensation standards: (1) Land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee standards: implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Zouping City, Binzhou City published by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). The construction land is located in the first-level area, and the land acquisition compensation fee is 53,000 yuan/mu (involving the relocation of 0.0061 hectares of basic farmland, and compensation is based on a 1.2 coefficient). According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Survey List", the total land acquisition compensation and resettlement fee is 817,435 yuan. (2) Compensation fee for ground attachments and young crops: There are no ground attachments and young crops on this plot.

Social security resettlement: (1) Monetary resettlement: The land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee totals 817,435 yuan, which will be allocated by the Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau to the account of the Miaojia Village Committee of Haosheng Street, and the village collective economic organization will study and implement the specific distribution plan in accordance with the villagers' agenda.

(2) Social security resettlement: The Zouping Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of 231,075 yuan based on the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu for this land acquisition. The Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one lump sum before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. Lot 2

Location of land acquisition: The land to be acquired is located in Yinqiao Village, Haosheng Street.

Land acquisition area: The total area of land acquisition is 0.0099 hectares, involving 0.0099 hectares of agricultural land, including 0.0011 hectares of cultivated land and 0.0088 hectares of garden land.

Compensation standards: (1) Land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee standards: implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Zouping City, Binzhou City published by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). The land for construction is located in the first-level area, and the land acquisition compensation fee is 53,000 yuan/mu (it involves the relocation of 0.0011 hectares of basic farmland, and compensation is based on a 1.2 coefficient). According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Survey List", the total land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee is 80,460 yuan. (2) Compensation fee for ground attachments and young crops: There are no ground attachments and young crops on this plot.

(2) Social security resettlement: The Zouping Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of 2,228 yuan at the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu for this land acquisition. The Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one lump sum before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. After the land expropriation is approved, the Zouping Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the Haosheng Subdistrict Office and the Haosheng Subdistrict Yinqiao Village Committee, will implement the social security work for the land-expropriated farmers.

Land acquisition area: The total area of land acquisition is 4.7105 hectares, involving 3.3634 hectares of agricultural land, including 2.8020 hectares of cultivated land, 0.4453 hectares of forest land, and 0.1161 hectares of rural roads; involving 1.0129 hectares of unused land, including 1.0129 hectares of other grassland; involving 0.3342 hectares of construction land, including 0.3342 hectares of industrial land.

Compensation standards: (1) Land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee standards: implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Zouping City, Binzhou City published by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). The land for construction is located in the first-level area, and the land acquisition compensation fee is 53,000 yuan/mu (it involves the relocation of 1.9905 hectares of basic farmland, and compensation is based on a 1.2 coefficient). According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Survey List", the total land acquisition compensation and resettlement fee is 7.573233 million yuan. (2) The compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops involved in this land acquisition shall be in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Department of Finance's "Reply on the Compensation Standards for Binzhou City Land Acquisition for Ground Attachments and Young Crops" (Lu Tutu Zi [2017] No. 355). The compensation fee for young crops is 9,750 yuan, and the compensation fee for ground attachments is 3,502,146 yuan, with a total compensation of 3,511,896 yuan.

(2) Social security resettlement: The Zouping Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of 1,059,863 yuan based on the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu for this land acquisition. The Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one lump sum before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. After the land expropriation is approved, the Zouping Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the Haosheng Subdistrict Office and the Erhuai Village Committee of Haosheng Subdistrict, will implement the social security work for the land-expropriated farmers.

Land acquisition area: The total land acquisition area is 0.0103 hectares, involving 0.0103 hectares of construction land, including 0.0103 hectares of industrial land.

Compensation standards: (1) Land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee standards: implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Zouping City, Binzhou City published by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). 1. The construction land is located in the second-level area, and the land acquisition compensation fee is 51,000 yuan/mu. According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Survey List", the total land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee is 30,020 yuan.

(2) The compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops involved in this land acquisition shall be in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Department of Finance's "Reply on the Compensation Standards for Binzhou City Land Acquisition for Ground Attachments and Young Crops" (Lu Tutu Zi [2017] No. 355). The compensation fee for ground attachments is 22,140 yuan.

Social security resettlement: (1) Monetary resettlement: The land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee totals 30,020 yuan, which will be allocated by the Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau to the account of the Dongdong Village Committee of Haosheng Street, and the village collective economic organization will study and implement the specific distribution plan in accordance with the villagers' agenda.

(2) Social security resettlement: The Zouping Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of 0.2318 million yuan based on the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu for this land acquisition. The Zouping Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one lump sum before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. After the land expropriation is approved, the Zouping Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the Haosheng Subdistrict Office and the Haosheng Subdistrict Dongdong Village Committee, will implement the social security work for the land-expropriated farmers.

The publicity period is 5 working days, starting from April 28, 2019, and ending on May 6, 2019. According to the provisions of the "Mineral Resources Law of the People's Republic of China", "Land Management Law", "Regulations on the Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-Owned Land" and other laws, for the needs of the public interest, if houses of entities or individuals on state-owned land are expropriated, fair compensation should be given to the owner of the expropriated house (the expropriated person). The municipal and county-level governments that make the decision to expropriate houses shall provide compensation to the expropriated persons, including: compensation for the value of the expropriated houses; compensation for relocation and temporary resettlement caused by the expropriation of houses; compensation for losses caused by suspension of production and business due to house expropriation; compensation for ground attachments; compensation for young crops; subsidies and rewards, etc. When expropriating personal residences, if the expropriated person meets the conditions for housing security, the people's government at the city or county level that makes the decision to expropriate the house shall give priority to housing security. Therefore, if land is acquired for reservoir construction, reasonable resettlement compensation should be given to the immigrants, which can include housing compensation, monetary compensation, social security, and employment provision.

According to Article 14 of the Regulations on the Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-Owned Land, if the expropriated person is dissatisfied with the house expropriation decision made by the people's government at the municipal or county level, he or she may apply for administrative reconsideration or file an administrative lawsuit in accordance with the law. Therefore, when you believe that your legitimate rights and interests have been infringed, you can seek legal relief through administrative litigation and administrative reconsideration as soon as possible. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the expropriated and demolished persons can file an administrative review within 60 days of receiving the expropriation decision, expropriation compensation decision and other specific administrative actions, and file an administrative lawsuit within 6 months. If your house is forcibly demolished, you must file a lawsuit to defend your rights within 6 months of knowing the date of demolition. 4. If mineral resources and mining rights are overridden during the land acquisition process, relevant departments should make a reasonable assessment, properly handle the mineral rights issue, and provide reasonable compensation to mining companies.
