Recently, "Huiji District 2017 Public Rental Housing Waiting Allocation Plan》 came out. It said that from December 1st to 7th, the Huiji District Housing Security Service Center will wait and allocate 682 units to eligible public rental housing applicants in the Huiji District Sijitongda Ecological Park (in the middle section of Tianhe Road, in the guest room department at the southeast corner of the Sijitongda Ecological Park).

Seven days before the date of allocating public rental housing, the housing management department will work with the district's industry and commerce, taxation, human resources and social security, social security, urban management law enforcement and town office departments to complete a dynamic review and verification of the income, population, housing and marital status of the security targets who have obtained the "Zhengzhou Public Rental Housing Rental Qualification Certificate"; those security targets who no longer meet the conditions will have their qualifications for this public rental housing selection cancelled.

There are three categories of allocation objects:

1. One household is eligible to be transferred from low-rent housing to public rental housing. The qualification certificate number is 013675 and one house needs to be allocated.

2. For insured persons who gave up in 2016 or have been pre-allocated and are willing to change housing, the qualification certificate number range is: 01000634-01000965.

3. Those who have obtained the "Zhengzhou Public Rental Housing Leasing Qualification Certificate" and passed the dynamic qualification review, the qualification certificate number is: 01000966-01001403.

The allocation of housing is as follows:

Huiji District has a total of 3 projects waiting for allocation in this phase and 11 houses that have been vacated through dynamic review, including Shenglong Huijin Plaza (municipal property rights), Changjian Yufeng, Yuhua Meixin, Yuyuan Community, Zhengshang Yulan Valley Liyuan, and Tiandiwan Building 10, totaling 682 units. The basic information of the houses is as follows:

1. Shenglong Huijin Plaza (municipal property rights) This project is located in the north of Xingnan Road and the west of Nanyang Road. It has a total of 430 units, with a total area of 22,285.77 square meters. The unit types are: 128 units of standard rooms, 108 units of one bedroom and one living room, and 194 units of two bedrooms and one living room.

2. 11 vacated properties (municipal property rights)

①Changjian Yufeng Community This house is located on the west side of the intersection of Nanyang Road and Xingnan Street. There are 3 units in total.

3. Zhengshang Yulan Valley Park (district-level property rights) This project is located in the south of Oasis Road,

Huimin Street East, there are 85 units with a total area of 5043.29 square meters. The unit types are: 42 units with two bedrooms; 43 units with two bedrooms and one living room.

4. Building No. 10, Tiandiwan Xiangyuan (district-level property rights) This project is located in the south of Binhe Road and the east of Tianyuan Road. It has 156 units with a total area of 9,352 square meters. The unit type is: two bedrooms and two living rooms.

The rent standards are as follows:

1. The rent standard in Shenglong Huijin Plaza Community and Changjian Yufeng Community is: 10 yuan/㎡·month;

2. The rent standard of Yuhua Meixin Community is: 8 yuan/㎡.month;

3. The rents in Zhengshang Yulan Valley Liyuan, Yuyuan Community, and Tiandiwan No. 10 Courtyard are: 6 yuan/㎡·month.

Things to note are:

1. According to the availability of housing, approximately 150 housing units will be allocated every day until all the protected objects with qualification certificates are allocated.

2. The applicant (who needs to provide his or her ID card, household register, marriage certificate, security qualification certificate, and housing selection notice) must select a house and sign a "House Selection Confirmation" on the spot, stamped with "Zhengzhou Housing Security Service Center Affordable Housing Section". After signing the "House Selection Confirmation", it cannot be exchanged, let alone exchanged with others. Once discovered, both parties' guarantee qualifications will be cancelled.

3. If the applicant refuses to choose a house due to non-objective reasons such as house type, area, geographical location, etc., he or she will be deemed to have automatically given up the qualification for housing selection with physical rent allocation, and subsequent families will fill in the gaps.

4. Applicants must consciously abide by the housing selection registration regulations and obey the unified instructions of on-site staff. Each house-selecting family shall not have more than 2 people entering and registering for house selection.

5. Applicants must select rooms in stages according to the registration serial number, and the time for each applicant to select rooms shall not exceed 5 minutes.

6. After the room selection registration starts, if the number is called less than three times or the room cannot be confirmed within 5 minutes, the room selection will be arranged after all the waiting families in the room selection time period of the day; if the room selection is not available on the day, the room selection will be arranged after all the waiting families in the room selection period.

7. If you fail to show up to select a room during the room selection period, you will be deemed to have given up the room selection.
