The plaintiff, Mr. Qin, sued the defendants, Qidong Municipal People's Government and Qidong City Donghai Town People's Government, requesting confirmation that the defendant's administrative act of forcibly demolishing the plaintiff's pig farm and damaging attachments and other facilities and other property was illegal. Brief introduction to the case:

The plaintiff, Mr. Qin, built a breeding farm in his own dock area at the end of 2015, applied for a business license, obtained an animal epidemic prevention certificate, and has been operating in compliance with the law. It was completed and put into production in February 2016. However, on February 6, February 28, March 13, and March 30, 2018, under the command of Qidong City’s “263 Office”, Violation Complaints Office, and Donghai Town Government leaders, and without the plaintiff’s consent, the plaintiff’s pig farm was forcibly demolished using excavators and other machinery, causing the plaintiff huge economic losses.

Mr. Qin has established a client relationship with Beijing Yingtong Law Firm and actively defends his rights. After an investigation by a lawyer and obtaining conclusive evidence, an administrative lawsuit was filed against the forced demolition in accordance with the law. The case will now be heard in the People's Court of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province.
