The plaintiff, Mr. Chen, sued the defendants, Qidong Municipal People's Government and Qidong City Donghai Town People's Government, requesting confirmation that the defendant's administrative act of forcibly demolishing the plaintiff's pig farm and damaging attachments and other facilities and other property was illegal. Brief introduction to the case:

In 2015, the plaintiff, Mr. Chen, used the fishery warehouse to renovate and build a new part of the building in his own dock area to build a pig farm. It was completed and operated at the end of 2015. In August 2017, the Donghai Town Government of Qidong City required the plaintiff to stop production on the grounds of environmental pollution, and set up checkpoints at the main intersections of the plaintiff’s breeding area 24 hours a day to gradually clear out the plaintiff’s pig farm stock. After the plaintiff's fattening pig house was basically emptied, under the command of the leaders of the Qidong Municipal Government's Violation Control Office, Environmental Protection Bureau, and Donghai Town Government, the plaintiff's pig farm was forcibly demolished four times, causing huge economic losses.

Mr. Chen has established a client relationship with Beijing Yingting Law Firm and actively defends his rights. After an investigation by a lawyer and obtaining conclusive evidence, an administrative lawsuit was filed against the forced demolition in accordance with the law. The case will now be heard in the People's Court of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province.
