Brief introduction to the case:

The plaintiff’s house was forcibly demolished, resulting in the loss of the plaintiff’s house and property inside and outside the house. The defendant’s illegal forced demolition behavior has been confirmed by the Administrative Judgment No. 213 of the Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Intermediate People’s Court in Guizhou Province (2017) Qian 27 Xingchu. The Changshun County People’s Government’s forced demolition behavior is illegal. On September 25, 2018, the plaintiff mailed the "State Compensation Application" and relevant evidence materials to the defendant. On November 24, 2018, the plaintiff received the defendant's (Changfuxing Compensation Decision [2018]) No. xx "Decision on Non-compensation" The plaintiff believed that the defendant's decision not to compensate was illegal and that the plaintiff should be compensated for all property losses. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2 and 36 of the "State Compensation Law of the People's Republic of China", a lawsuit was filed with the court. This case is currently under trial.
