On September 4, 2019, we received the "Notice of Order (Deadline) Correction" issued by the defendant Jiaozhou Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau (Jiao Zong Fa Gai Zi (2019) No. 201902101). It was believed that the plaintiff's behavior of constructing without obtaining a construction project planning permit violated relevant national laws and regulations. According to the decision, the plaintiff believed that the "Notice of Order (Defined Time) Correction" issued by the defendant Jiaozhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau had seriously infringed upon the plaintiff's legitimate rights and interests, and administrative sanctions were imposed on the plaintiff's legal property.
