1. Lot 1: Hujiatuan Village collective land

Location of land acquisition: The land acquired in Hujiatuan Village of Longshui Subdistrict Office of Laixi City is located in the east of Qinglong Expressway and north of Beijing East Road in the Development Zone.

Area: The total area of acquired land is 3.7003 hectares, including 3.7003 hectares of agricultural land (2.3846 hectares of dry land, 0.6182 hectares of forested land, 0.0320 hectares of rural roads, 0.2525 hectares of pond water surfaces, and 0.4130 hectares of ditches).

Land compensation: (1) Compensation and resettlement fee standards for land expropriation: shall be implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Laixi announced by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). The agricultural land is located in the second-level area, and the land acquisition compensation standard is 750,000 yuan/hectare. The Yingting demolition team learned that according to the above standards and the current land type determined in the "Land Acquisition Survey and Survey List", the total land acquisition compensation and resettlement fee is 2.775225 million yuan. (2) Compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops: The compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops involved in this land acquisition shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shandong Province Pricing Catalog" (Lu Price Zongfa [2016] No. 58) and the "Reply of the Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance on the Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments and Young Crops in Qingdao City's Land Acquisition" (Lu Tuzi Zi [2017] No. 382). With the consent of the land-expropriated collective economic organizations and relevant rights holders, compensation will be based on a lump sum, that is, 1,500 yuan/mu. A total of 45.06 acres of young crops and ground attachments will be compensated, with a total compensation of 67,590 yuan.

Resettlement plan: In accordance with the provisions of the "Shandong Province Land Acquisition Management Measures" and after consultation with the village committee, the agricultural population involved in the proposed land acquisition will be resettled in the following ways. (1) Monetary resettlement: The total land expropriation compensation and resettlement fee is RMB 2,775,225, which will be allocated by the Laixi Municipal Finance Bureau to the Hujiatuan Village Committee, and the village collective economic organization will study and implement the specific distribution plan in accordance with the villagers' agenda. (2) Social security resettlement: The Laixi Municipal People's Government will pay a one-time social security subsidy of 832,568 yuan based on the standard of 15,000 yuan/mu for this land acquisition. The Laixi Municipal Finance Bureau will transfer the above subsidy funds to the local social security fund account in one go before the land acquisition is submitted for approval. After the land expropriation is approved, the Laixi City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will work with the Hujiatuan Village Committee of the Longshui Subdistrict Office of Laixi City to implement social security work for the land-expropriated farmers.

2. Lot 2: Hujiatuan Village collective land

Location of land acquisition: The land acquired in Hujiatuan Village of Longshui Subdistrict Office of Laixi City is located in the east of Qinglong Expressway and north of Beijing East Road in the Development Zone.

Area: The total area of acquired land is 8.1455 hectares, including 8.1262 hectares of agricultural land (7.6160 hectares of dry land, 0.0249 hectares of orchards, 0.0374 hectares of forested land, 0.1544 hectares of rural roads, and 0.2935 hectares of ditches). Construction land is 0.0193 hectares (village 0.0193 hectares).

Land compensation: (1) Compensation and resettlement fee standards for land expropriation: shall be implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standards for expropriated areas in Laixi announced by the "Shandong Provincial People's Government's Reply on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standards for Expropriated Areas in Shandong Province" (Lu Zhengzi [2015] No. 286). Agricultural land and construction land are located in Level II areas, and the land acquisition compensation standard is 750,000 yuan/hectare. According to the above standards and based on the current land type determined in the "Land Acquisition Survey and Survey List", the total land acquisition compensation and resettlement fee is 6.109125 yuan. (2) Compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops: The compensation standards for ground attachments and young crops involved in this land acquisition shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shandong Province Pricing Catalog" (Lu Price Zongfa [2016] No. 58) and the "Reply of the Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance on the Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments and Young Crops in Qingdao City's Land Acquisition" (Lu Tuzi Zi [2017] No. 382). With the consent of the land-expropriated collective economic organizations and relevant rights holders, compensation will be based on a lump sum, that is, 1,500 yuan/mu.
